United Methodist Women
The Sunshine Circle is an organized
unit of United Methodist Women whose purpose is to know God and to experience freedom as whole persons through Jesus Christ:
to develop a creative, supportive fellowship; and to expand concepts of mission through participation in the global ministries
of the church. The group meets monthly except in the summer on the third Monday night at 7:30 PM. Projects that
these ladies initiate and support are the Methodist Children's Home, collection of food for Thanksgiving baskets, ASP summer
mission project, the purchase of the outside Nativity scene for all to enjoy, the purchase of choir and acolyte robes, cookbooks
and provided ponies at the Children's Fall Festival, and raised $10,000 toward the building fund for the Family Life Center.
All of these projects were done through the grace of God and the support of our congregation for our fundraising endeavors
such as ornaments, carnations and church plates. Please consider joining us!
